Coach Alan Ahmady, a former professional baseball player with the St. Louis Cardinals and 2008 College World Series Champion with Fresno State. During his time attending Fresno, he majored in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. The knowledge he obtained played a pivotal role in his playing career, as he was able to maintain health and enhance his skills through multi-directional, functional, and sports specific exercises.

This course will be demanding however undeniably effective. These exercises have been proven to increase overall strength and speed.  The goal isn’t to create body builders or power lifters, he aims to achieve end range-to end range flexibility, quickness, and overall muscle balance.
