Core or trunk stability is key to elite movement. If you want to throw harder, run faster or hit farther having a strong and stable core is a must. Proximal strength and stability leads to healthier joints and better performance.
With the muscle, you think about the loading and exploding. In order to get the maximum loading, you also have to get the maximum range and the maximum stretch of the muscle.
