Total Pitching Bootcamp

Total Pitching Bootcamp

Pitchers throw harder? And reduce your risk of serious injury? If so, here’s news …

Arm health and performance are NOT separate ideas. The two are linked.  We know if you have to rest and can’t throw bullpens or train between outings, you’re not developing as pitchers. You can’t improve their command. You can’t improve your velocity and you can’t improve your secondary pitches.

What’s the final result? You can’t help your program — and you sure can’t help your future. That’s why we put a special package to help pitchers reduce their risk of injuries — with better recovery.

When most people think about “recovery”, they only think about how a pitcher bounces back between outings. That’s important, but it’s just one small piece. We look at recovery much broader and deeper. When you do this, you can see how paying attention to this frequently “missed piece” of the pitching puzzle can have a tremendous impact on a pitcher’s game time performance.

That’s why, given all the craziness in baseball and the need for new thinking . We are opening up our new program and making it available to the general public. This is for the player who is serious about his pitching and advancing in his career.

Have you ever heard coaches say you need to

“lengthen your stride”?

…or “It doesn’t matter what direction your stride is?”

Well, take a look at these 4 Hall Of Fame level pitchers:

Where are they striding?

Right at home plate.

All four had long, healthy, successful careers.

It seems like the fix would be so simple right? Just stride towards home plate, right?

❌ WRONG!

You can’t teach stride direction or stride length.

You can only teach the movements before the stride that sets up the stride.

Think of it like this…

If you were doing a math problem and you forgot to carry a number, you can’t just fix the answer. The answer is a result of all the math that came before it.

You have to go back and fix the math.

We fix the “math”! ?

The first movement of your delivery determines the length and direction of your stride.

If you nail that, you’re more likely to have a good stride. If you don’t “carry the number”, your stride will be short and misdirected.

The fix actually is very simple. Just not the way most coaches are teaching it.
