TERMS OF SPONSORSHIP
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the Sponsor and the STRIKE ZONE. No representations, written or oral, other than those contained within this agreement are authorized by binding upon the STRIKE ZONE.
The Sponsor will be liable for payment of all costs incurred by the STRIKE ZONE in the collection of past due obligations to the STRIKE ZONE including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
The purpose of this agreement is to insure that the Sponsor understands the duties and responsibilities of the STRIKE ZONE sponsorship. This is a legal and binding agreement and if is not understood by the Sponsor, he or she could consult an attorney of his or her choice.
It is the responsibility of the Sponsor to ensure that the STRIKE ZONE has proper information needed for sponsorship sign at the Strike Zone

The Sponsor may terminate his or her sponsorship after the expiration of the term set forth, above by notifying the STRIKE ZONE in writing thirty days prior to the termination date and by paying all amounts then owed to the STRIKE ZONE in full. Notice of termination may be given in writing or by registered mail or by completing forms in the STRIKE ZONE business office.
